AI summary of what 5 dish mentions say about the food

Reviewers single out the capesante as the standout, praising its delicate, briny sweetness. The overall vibe is one of quiet, confident craftsmanship, where each plate feels intentional and deeply satisfying.

The scallops here are not as good as yesterday's. Yesterday's were much better. I didn't like these as much.

    Loved

A national chain originally from somewhere in the Kanto region, this suburban Tokyo location is frequented only by locals — we were the only foreigners. The sushi is more mid-range compared to Toyama, but still very good, especially for a quick lunch. The atmosphere feels like an Ikea restaurant — bright, wooden, clean. We spent about €37-38 for two, eating well. Perfect for a casual lunch.

    Dishes mentioned

    • Salmone Bianco

This white salmon is beautiful, look at it. It's already brushed with soy sauce. The rice here is a bit more than yesterday's place, but the nigiri size is smaller — less rice, more fish. I think it's even better.

    • tonno marinato alla soia

This tuna is already marinated in soy sauce. It's really good, very flavorful.

    • tonno shoppato con maionese

This chopped tuna with mayonnaise is very good. I think there's spring onion in it too. Really tasty.

    • Capesante

The scallops here are not as good as yesterday's. Yesterday's were much better. I didn't like these as much.

    • Salmone Scottato con Limone

This seared salmon with a slice of lemon is really good. I paid over 600 yen for this portion and it's worth it.
