The gnocchi al ragù earns unanimous praise for its rich, comforting depth, while the overall vibe is one of warm, unpretentious satisfaction that makes every bite feel like a homecoming.
“What a bite! So soft, it drives me crazy. They hit you, but they're very good. The ragù is really a lot of stuff. A real grandma's gnocco. Very potato-y, good. Almost light, paradoxically less heavy.”

Piadina con stracchino crudo e rucola
I took it as an appetizer because I wanted it. A nice piadina, classic condiment here, a bit thicker cut, so more Cesenate style, perfect for a trattoria, not the Rimini one that wraps. What a smell coming from both the dough and the filling with stracchino, prosciutto crudo, and arugula. Personally, I'm a fan of thin, crispy piadinas, but this one is also nice and present in the mouth. The dough has a great flavor, as a starter it works.
Tagliatelle ai funghi
Now we go with this tagliatella that's been sitting there a bit. A little oil. Perfect, let's revive it. The oil goes great on it, it really gives a classy touch.
Gnocchi al ragù

Strozzapreti pasticciati
The strozzapreti is good and very wide, usually I make it narrower because you slide with your hands. This one is a bit open, so it almost looks like maltagliati. I don't dislike the irregular look. It creates a real mess in the mouth. Very soft.
